Reservation and Booking:

To reserve your desired vacation home with us, simply visit our website and select the property that suits your preferences. Please note that upon check-in, a government-issued photo identification and a valid credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required for incidental charges. The minimum age to rent is 25.

Rental Payment:

The rental payment covers the cost of your stay, including cleaning fees and any applicable service fees. For specific details, please review the listing of each property on our website.

Cancellation and Refunds:

We understand that plans can change, so we have a flexible cancellation policy in place. If you cancel your reservation at least 14 days before check-in, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid. If you cancel at least 7 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid, minus the service fee. Unfortunately, no refund can be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in. Please keep in mind that the free cancellation deadlines are based on the property’s time zone.

Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time is after 4:00 PM, and check-out time is before 10:00 AM. We kindly ask that you adhere to these times to ensure a smooth transition for all guests. If you have any specific requests or need to arrange for early check-in or late check-out, please reach out to our team, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Guest Responsibilities:

To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we kindly request the following: pets are allowed but must be disclosed prior to booking, no parties or events, no smoking of any kind inside the property, and guests must follow all checkout procedures. Before you leave, please gather used towels and throw away trash.

Property Conditions and Liability:

During your stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the property. Any damages or excessive cleaning required due to negligence or misconduct may result in additional charges. We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and should exercise caution while on the premises. It is important to secure personal belongings and valuables as we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Guests must comply with all local laws, regulations, and community guidelines. Any illegal activities or disturbances caused by guests may result in immediate eviction without refund. While we strive to provide uninterrupted services, we are not responsible for any disruptions to utilities or services beyond our control. We encourage guests to obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Use of amenities such as swimming pools, fitness centers, or recreational facilities is at the guest’s own risk. Guests should adhere to any posted rules and guidelines and exercise caution when using these facilities. We reserve the right to access the property at reasonable times for maintenance, repairs, or inspections.

Termination of Agreement:

We reserve the right to terminate the agreement and request immediate vacation of the property in the event of a violation of these terms and conditions or any disruptive misconduct that affects the well-being of other guests or the property.

Dispute Resolution:

In the case of any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or your stay with us, we will strive to resolve them through negotiation. If necessary, legal proceedings will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
